My Sem-break with Cousin JM

Having Fun with cousin JM


Semestral break is usually about 1 week of rest from all the  burdens from  school. This break my cousin JM visited my at home. Mom advice us to play ouside instead of always playing indoor with  the tablets and the pc.

So that day we decided to do some racing games like, contest in running and sack race. 

Running is an advantage for me really because my cousin Jm is bigger in size and he cannot move as quick as I can. See the video while we do our race  at http://www.whatsnewtodayjan2012.

It's in the blood, obviously when I was this age  I can't hold myself from dancing with the beat. Mom is holding the camera and she  trying to take a video of me when I was dancing. 

Each and everyday Dad is always asking for more videos and photos. My Dad left for work abroad when I was 3 month old and he  has  not returned home that time for 4yrs.  

I was in my bed playing Disney stuffed toys, when Mom turn on the music and encourage me to dance.

This video was taken when I was 2yrs old. It was the time when Psy '"Gangnam style" was trending.
Im trying to make a step as much as I can. Having fan dancing with my cousin Dap. 


On the  camera was my Mom and at her back are my Aunts. They are really happy and impressed to see me dancing.

The music was played on my Lenovo laptop which Dad have given to me as a gift from Riyadh.

On that same day,  my Mom post my video for Dad to see. He was so happy seeing that his only Son have a big interest in dancing at his very young age.

Dancing with Monkeys

It is more fun dancing with animals. With my Lenovo laptop and and youtube practising dance moves is as easy as 1 ,2, 3.

That evening, I overheared my Mom and Dad chatting. Saying " Mom why is Janjan dancing with monkeys?" Mom says " I don't know, he was surfing youtube when I left and when I come back he was very busy copying the monkeys dancing."

A motorcycle with a side cab - this is the means of transportation in my hometown, we call it a "Pedicab" in our local language, in English Pilipino's term it as Motorized Tricycle.

I always ride one of these every 12:00 in the afternoon. My class will start 1:00 pm to 4:00pm. But My Mom trained me to sleep early and  wake up early.

As always, every morning is always like, I'm asleep tightly and I don't want to wake up early but our human alarm clock keeps on ringing...........Jan jannnn   jan jannnnnn  jan jannnnnnn..... and then I will answer her saying "yes Mommy......mommyyyyy!" . Mom even took a photo of me trying to push myself up.... upon hearing   the most disturbing  alarm in the early  morning.

I love my Mom despite of her harassing me every day during school days. She wakes me up and have all the things ready for me. The food is there , the milk, and the pineapple juice. My clothes are all ready fixed and ready to wear, my books and bag are ready too.. 

With all this ready, there's only one thing that prevents me to start eating breakfast.....her number one rule before breakfast is "shower first". I always have a problem with taking a bath in the morning. The water so cold but I must take a shower, so that I can have my breakfast. Rule is a rule except during, very seldom times when I have fever or I am sick.

Practicing and discovering new dance moves is one of my hubbies during weekends. While Mom is busy cooking, cleaning and washing clothes, I am very occupied too with my dancing. Thanks to the author of this nice dance music, fits for kids like me.

I think, I need to have more practice to develop myself more. I remember one the last time, when Mom enrolled me to school and then the teacher says "Oh your kid is under age. Ok let see, we will interview him and let him go through series exercises and will see if he can pass" Dancing, math, science, reading and spelling are parts of our games at home. So when they put me to the test.....I pass.... see some of my practice in my videos.

It was Saturday when Grandma, Grandfa and my cousins arrived from Kalbay Jose Abad Santos.Cousin Gian  and I started playing with toy dump truck, I filled the truck with water and started splashing water in the body of the Mitsubishi van. At first Gian is only watching me doing it. 

After a while of washing it in the front side. I moved to the left side of the van. Unintentionally, I hit Gian with a splash of water. look what he did after.... see this video. It getting more fun.

This is me and my Mom. Mrs. Desiree C. Dawa and me Jan Michael or Janjan. We've spent almost wholeday together, except for school time.  I learn almost all things from my Mom, from my language, to computers to tablets, and also all lessons from school with the final touch of my Mom.

     This School year I got the highest, I am the Top 1 student in this semester till October 2015. I owed it all to my loving Mom. Each day is like playing to me but I am learning  because Mom is my playmate.

Happily loved with my Mom (Desiree C. Dawa) and Dad (Michael Dawa Jr.) This is my so called  life.

This blog is intended for me when I am old enough. For now my Dad, Mr. Michael Dawa Jr. will be the temporary author on my behalf.

I wound say I was that unfortunate because, I grow up with my Mom alone, my Dad works abroad for 5 years now. He was not able to come home every 2 year for vacation  because of his Dialysis treatment. If he will do it in our country Philippines, he will surely fall short of resources and money to finance his ailment (his 2 Kidneys are damage with a wrong diagnoses or drug induced) and he will surely die. Thanks to the King and the Government of Saudi Arabia for extending help to  patients like my Dad  through Foundations for Kidney patients giving them free dialysis.

With the hope that this blog in the future could help me in some way to finance my education. My Mom is a house wife and Dad is starting  this blogging for my Mom and me thinking that this will help us start to earn money as our source of funds  if ever something will happen to my Dad. 

My Dad is risking it all to work, earn and have a dialysis every 3 days to save some money for his planned future operation. My Mom and me hopes that he can attain his goal, because we want to spend more time with him living a normal life without dialysis.

With your kind heart and understanding and  your clicks to the ads in my youtube videos,  ads in my blog post and by visiting my blogs  and our family blogs, you are simply helping me and my family achieve our goal.

Of course, I will be very much Thankful, if there is one rich man would offer to help us or my Dad alone for his future Kidney operation. I'm hopeful but, I am  not counting  on that hope. It is very seldom now a days to find a man of such a kind heart.
